The Matrix Table is an extremely versatile piece of clamping equipment, which can be adapted to a wide range of clamping requirements. Typical applications for this system include pressing lippings onto curved shapes, or clamping the solid components when the finished workpiece is an odd or irregular shape, such as a circle, hexagon etc. The tables are available in either vertical or horizontal confuguration and come in 10 different standard sizes.

Cosmo is the ideal solution to deal with the needs of craftsmen in terms of furniture assembly: the strength of the electrowelded steel structure and the perfect squaring of pressers guarantee top quality assembly of various types of furniture in a limited time. Performer, the last interpretation of the automatic clamping machines, is the result of Comil experience in the assembling solutions. The machine is equipped with innovative technologic solutions not only to assure the maximum performances and the high quality of the assembling in total safety, but also a deep reduction in the maintenance operations. Perfomer TP is a through-feed, electromechanical and self-setting clamping machine controlled by PLC; the machine can be configurated and proposed both in ‘entry-level’ version (single beam) and double beam version. Performer can be integrated with automatic stapling devices: from the economic application of four guns for the stapling of the cabinet corners to the more sophisticated stapling robot.
