BIESSE AKRON 600/800:
Akron 800 is a line of automatic industrial edgebanding
machines born to create a new standard in automatic edgebanding
operations. Productivity, efficiency and flexibility in the application
of all types of banding material from 0.4 to 15 mm thick, is what Akron
800 has finally made accessible to everybody: this has been done thanks
to operating units that provide innovative solutions to eliminate the
need for adjustments. The control systems use CNC or personal computer
with simple, intuitive commands suitable even for non-expert operators,
ensuring high, long-term quality and precision. Akron 800 can be fully
customised in terms of performance and composition, according to the
Customer’s needs and types of use; this means that space can be
optimised according to the machining operations required.

BIESSE SINGLE/SPEEDY/COPYROUND - Single:
Single is designed for craftsmen who wish to extend the range
of products offered to their customers, and who intend to optimise the
edgebanding production cycle; it is also extremely useful when employed
in large businesses to create prototypes and “outsized” pieces. Single
can be used to machine straight, curved and shaped profile panels
(soft-formed), using hot melt glue; it is capable of applying rolls of
banding material with a thickness of from 0.4 to 3 mm (e.g. PVC/ABS),
banding material in strips, and wooden banding material. The variable
machining speed, the configurable work table, which can be tilted by up
to 45° according to the shape of the panel, the edge trimming unit, are
just a few of the solutions that make Single incomparably simple to use.
