The Role

Due to a high growth trajectory and a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking dynamic Service Engineer on a permanent basis with electrical background - mechanical, light engineering experience. We would welcome a candidate with experience LEV systems. Might suit candidate with electrical / plumbing or mechanical background. This position will see you on the road several days a week ensuring you deliver quality service and repairs to ensure the customer is always satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

Serve existing and new accounts by analysing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests and resolving problems
Provide service by learning system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptance tests
Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements
Ensure maximum H&S protocols are followed at all times

What we are looking for

Proven experience in a similar position and industry
Proven electrical, mechanical & pneumatic experience
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
High focus on Quality and attention to detail
Highly organised and process driven
Comfortable using own initiative and taking ownership of processes
